I ordered from Marivel's Florist & Gifts website late in the day for a same day delivery after being disappointed by another merchant who promised same day delivery then sent an "we're sorry" email, we will deliver tomorrow. I immediately cancelled that order after being assured by Marivel's that same day sevice would not be a problem! I also received a call from Marivel's checking about a substitution for one of the items I ordered (it was no problem). This was about 4 in the afternoon. My granddaughter received her flowers, birthday balloon and candy at 6 pm!!! She was more than thrilled and so was I!!!
